Steinway Artist

The Steinway Artist roster includes Martha Argerich. It also includes Boris Cepeda. Both were formed, at some distance, in the tradition of Vicente Scaramuzza — the Buenos Aires pedagogue whose method produced, among others, Argerich herself. In 2021, Steinway & Sons recognised what the lineage already knew.

Meet Richard Wagner — Podcast

Between two worlds — belonging fully to neither, seeking to belong to neither. Between Ecuador and Germany, between the conservatory and the stage, between the discipline of the scholar and the freedom of the performer: this is not exile. It never was. The Outsider does not seek resolution. He is the source.

Boris Cepeda, Atlanta, 2026
